KIDDIE ACADEMY GROWS by 100% in JUST A COUPLE OF YEARS!

Arkadas Group provided media planning and buying services for Kiddie Academy and its franchisees. We used a unique buying tactic known as remnant media buying to purchase media for Kiddie Academy at rates significantly below the traditional marketplace.

Problem

In late 2015, Kiddie Academy was using a local cable to acquire new enrollments. Kiddie Academy was searching for a more cost efficient way to place media for brand awareness. They were paying high CPM for local media coverage. Also, in 11 years company was able to open 111 locations but looking for a way to grow faster. .

Solution

Arkadas Group started media planning and buying for Kiddie Academy in 2015. We changed the media placement from local cable to national mix to providing blanket coverage for Kiddie Academy in all franchise trading areas. We conducted a comprehensive geographic trading area and brand development analysis on all Kiddie Academy locations. The findings of the analysis led Kiddie Academy to tremendous growth in the last four years.

Results

Arkadas Group showed Kiddie Academy that the brand had sufficient national dispersion to migrate from Local Cable TV to National Cable TV. This switch in media mix resulted in Kiddie Academy increasing target impression by a factor of seven times with the exact same budget. The brand experienced immediate increases in enrollment. While the enrollment increase was to be expected, the franchise development leads that followed surpassed everyone's expectations. Kiddie Academy added 113 locations in a short time. That is 100% growth.
