Askin Emir
Managing Partner,
Media Strategy
Askin has over 20 years of experience managing media campaigns with a proven track record of driving business results. She has worked with various clients on developing their marketing plans, defining their objectives, and ultimately helping them to exceed their business goals. She has extensive media buying experience in radio, print, outdoor, TV, direct mail and digital. Her focus and expertise is in response driven advertising and measuring ROI with ad campaigns.
Before founding Arkadas Group in 2014, she worked at R2C Group as a media director. She also helped R2C’s new business team pitch new clients and cross-sell different media to current clients. Prior to joining R2C, she served as Vice President of Media for The Radio Agency where she managed direct response and branding campaigns for her clients. Some of her most notable clients were Cintas, DirecTV, WebEx, Dice.com, Reputation Defender, iContact.com, Thestreet.com, LivingSocial.com, Christian Mingle.com, TaxACT, Sono Bello, Humana Healthcare, TiVo, Web.com, Neat, Consumer Cellular, LoanDepot.com, and Kiddie Academy.

Mark has over 15 years of experience in strategic media planning and execution across a wide variety of industries. He has primarily focused on ROI driven campaigns that incorporate a multitude of media vehicles that when properly optimized ultimately deliver cost effective results with minimal wasted impressions.
He has extensive experience integrating both traditional DR tools with awareness driven media to create an holistic plan that concurrently drives response while building brand awareness. Prior to joining Arkadas Group, Mark honed his skills while working at major agencies such as McCann, Saatchi and R2C Group, where he led both national and local media efforts for clients such as Web.com, Indeed and HP.

Wendy is a franchise marketing and branding expert with more than 20 years focused specifically on developing and implementing multi-channel advertising and communications strategies that helping franchise brands grow. She has driven numerous successful campaigns for a variety of companies including Sylvan Learning, Kiddie Academy, Disney, Kennedy Krieger Institute and Bach to Rock.
Wendy has a Certificate in Franchise Management from Georgetown University and has been a returning guest speaker at Georgetown; she is also a Certified Franchise Executive through the International Franchise Association.
